BookedClinics ("we," "us") provides digital marketing services for clinics. This policy explains what information we collect through bookedclinics.ca, how we use it, and the third-party tools involved. We do not sell your personal data.

- Information you give us — name, email, phone number, and clinic details when you book a call, fill out a form, or message us.
- Booking data — when you use the calendar embed to book a call, that request is handled by our scheduling provider, GoHighLevel, which processes your name, email, phone, and selected time.
- Usage data — pages visited, referral source, device/browser type, and general location, collected automatically via the tools below.
- Session recordings — mouse movement, clicks, and on-page interactions, collected via Contentsquare (see below) to help us understand and improve the site.
